Time & Min Charge

Open Hours: 10:00 ~ 21:00 (Reservation Only).
Booking Window: Within 2 months.
Weekday Min: Minimum 2 Hours (Rooms can be mixed).
Holiday/Weekend Min: Minimum 1 Hour.
Special Hours: For hours outside operation time, please contact us via FB/IG/Email.
Gaps: If bookings are not continuous, the gap is charged as setup/dressing time.
Zion Industrial Room: Due to screen setup, a 30-min buffer is required between bookings.

Setup & Cleanup

Includes 1 Hr Prior Setup + 30 Mins After Cleanup.

(e.g., Book 10:00, enter at 9:00, leave by 30 mins after end time)

Free setup/cleanup time is provided once per group per day.
Extra Setup Time: 30mins/$150, 60mins/$300.

Pax & Fees

Deposit: Overseas guests do not need to pay a deposit and can pay on-site in cash (credit cards are not accepted).
Extra Pax (Photo): +$200/person (Flat rate).
Extra Pax (Video/Comm): +$100/person (Per Hour).
Photographer Limit: Max 2 per room. 3rd onwards +$500 (Flat rate).

Special Notes

Commercial/Wedding/Event: Please contact via FB/IG/Email.
Doll Photography: No limit on photographers, as long as total pax is within limit.
Pets: Please inquire via FB/IG/Email first.
Content Rating: No Nudity. Private parts must be fully covered. Contact us if unsure.

Cancellation Policy & Special Conditions

▶ Booking Conditions:
1. Please book at least 7 days in advance. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), please message us first.
2. Urgent bookings (within 3 days) are charged at "Original Price" (no discounts).

▶ Cancellation & Reschedule:
1. Booking is cancelled if deposit is not received within 3 days of confirmation.
2. Cancellation: Deposit refundable if notified 3 days prior. Non-refundable if less than 3 days.
3. Reschedule: Notify 3 days prior to keep deposit (no limit on times, max 2 months). Deposit non-refundable if cancelled after rescheduling.
4. No-Show: Reservation held for 1 hour. Considered cancelled/no-show after 1 hour, deposit non-refundable.
